ALTA TEMPORADO || HIGH SEASON US$1300 per night
SEMANA SANTA || EASTER WEEK US$1,300 per night
BAJA TEMPORADA || LOW SEASON US$750 per night de Mayo 1 a Octubre 31 | May 1st to October 31st
NAVIDAD Y ANO NUEVO || WINTER HOLIDAYS US$1,400 per night
Taxes are not included in the listed rates.
We do not take a damage deposit. We trust that you will look after the casa just as we look after the casa. We trust that if there are any damages or breakages, you will let us know and agree to replace like for like (we fully expect that there will be minor breakages such as the odd plate or glass so we do not expect you to pay for these!). Also if for some reason, the casa is left in a sorry state after you leave, we expect you to reimburse us the cost in time and money for putting things right for the next guests.
No tomamos un depósito por daños. Confiamos en que cuidará la casa tal como cuidamos la casa. Confiamos en que si hay daños o roturas, nos lo hará saber y aceptará reemplazarlo por algo similar (esperamos que haya roturas menores, como la placa o el vidrio extraños, por lo que no esperamos que pague por estos !). Además, si por alguna razón, la casa queda en un estado lamentable después de su partida, esperamos que nos reembolse el costo en tiempo y dinero por arreglar las cosas para los próximos huéspedes.
